CREDENTIALS OF THE OWNER:
Meital J. Rosso, Esq. is the owner of the Rosso Law Firm. I am an attorney
licensed and admitted in New York and Israel. I attended the Academic Center for Law and
Science in Israel, where I received my L.L.B., graduating Summa Cum Laude and awarded with the Dean's list
TRANSACTIONS:
The firm represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including, but
not limited to, acquisitions, financing, negotiation, documentation, due diligence and closing
transactions.
The firm directs all aspects of financing and refinancing transactions on behalf of
commercial and residential lenders, and executes financing and transactional documents for
purchases, sales, refinances, successful bids on foreclosures and REO transactions. The firm
covers also Purchase Money Mortgages, loan assignments, CEMAs, building loan mortgages,
building loan agreements and pledge agreements.
SALES AND ACQUISITIONS:
The firm advises and represents individuals, corporations, limited liability
companies purchasers, sellers, successful bidders of foreclosure deals, REOs, residential and
commercial buildings and vacant land acquisitions in New York. .
The firm advises and represents individuals and corporations in corporate matters,
including developing corporations, limited liability companies, joint ventures, partnerships,
assignment and transfer of interest and other corporate structures.
